a. Even if you do not log into the Free Music Archive, some information about your visit will be automatically recorded in our server access log. b. e. We use aggregated browsing information to observe traffic on the Site and to improve the services and functionality of the Site.

When logged in you can message a FMA member via the “Contact” option. We may keep a copy of your message for legal purposes (e.g. if a FMA member sends spam we can gather proof and block or delete their account).
